Not getting what I paid for

New A/C (maybe) Had it 8 months 3 service calls Without A/C for days Last one: bad coil How could it have a bad coil In 8 months???

Poor service in Raleigh NC

Last minute cancellation! Trying to set up new appointment for November 2022, that is totally unacceptable!
