Service Experts Air Conditioner Repair Review

I have a service contract with these people for $144 annually for biannual checkup and discount for Parts and service. I called for an a/c repair. The result was a charge $84 for service ( that's fine). The price for the part was $140. It was a capacitor that can be purchased anywhere for $20. I got no satisfaction when calling the office. Will ever use them again.
